FED: Outlaw's death holds lessons for modern day Australia

Sydney author NICK BLESZYNSKI says Australia should learn from the murder of infamous
bushranger BEN HALL .. as it moves to boost police anti-terrorist powers.

The writer says the abuse of police powers shown in the murder of 27-year-old HALL
could have similar consequences 140 years after the outlaw's death.

The warning comes as the author launches his new book .. YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE:
THE LIFE AND DEATH OF BUSHRANGER BEN HALL .. in which he accuses NSW Police of murder.





The book will be launched today at the official unveiling of a statue of BEN HALL in
the central NSW town of Forbes .. the hometown he terrorised during the 1860s.
