Vic: Stars say thanks for awards = 12
Channel Ten drama Secret Life of Us attracted awards for The Most Outstanding Actressin a Series - Deborah Mailman - and for The Most Outstanding Drama Series.
Ms Mailman said she was accepting the award on behalf of all those involved with SecretLife of Us.
"To all the writers in particular ... and the directors ... and the magnificent castI want to give my thanks," she said.
"It is great that in our first year that we have got such great recognition for our work."
Co-producer Amanda Higgs said the show had done amazing things in such a short time.
"Secret Life of Us has had a most charmed life and it is due to all those on the showwho give it everything.
"I want to thank Channel Ten ... for believing in this show and giving it life."
